How To Use The Site & Returns Form

Scroll down the Homepage to find the collection you are interested in, and click on the menu button to the left of the page to go to the Collection cover page.

Within the Collection cover page, click on the image of the range you like - this will take you to the individual product page.  Here you will find all the information you need including the description, dimensions, price and which tweeds or fabrics are available.

Please note the product images are purely there as a visual aid - however you will find the tweeds and fabrics available to purchase on-line displayed below the main image.

To order click on the fabric swatch you like.  This will add your selection to your Shopping Basket.  Further items can be added to your basket by returning to the Collection you require and repeating the process.  If you make a mistake items can be removed from your basket by simply clicking on Remove Item.

To proceed with your order, click on the Purchase button from within your Shopping Basket.  This will take you to the Order Details page - please select your country of origin first from the drop-down list so your shipping costs can be calculated.

The shipping costs are calculated per basket and not per item, so no matter how many items you purchase the shipping cost remains the same.

Please note that when completing the order details page the delivery address must match the credit/debit card billing address (the address to which the card statements/bills are sent).

Confirmation and Acceptance of Orders

Once an order has been placed, BlackHouse will e-mail you to confirm the order and date of dispatch of goods.

At the point you (the customer) place an order with BlackHouse and we e-mail you in return confirming your order, this creates a legally binding contract between you and BlackHouse Harris Tweed Handbags.

If for any reason there is a problem processing card payment BlackHouse will send an e-mail to inform you of this.

Under no circumstances will BlackHouse dispatch goods until full payment has been received and processed, and the relevant security checks verified successfully.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an item, you must inform BlackHouse within the time period designated in our Terms and Conditions.  If you would like to return an item you must complete our RETURNS FORM before you return any items to BlackHouse clearly stating the reason for return.

BlackHouse is under no obligation to accept returns outwith the period stated in the Terms and Conditions.  BlackHouse will not accept returned items that have been used or damaged or repaired by you in any way.
