Delivery and Shipping We aim to deliver all items ordered within 14 working days within the UK and Ireland, and within 28 working days out-with the UK and Ireland. Items ordered will be delivered by recorded delivery or international signed for delivery so it is important that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the receipt for goods. BlackHouse cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to postal strikes or other Force Majeure (“Acts of God”, war, natural disasters etc) within or outside the UK. You will be notified promptly of any delay in dispatch by BlackHouse.
